I really wanted to hear it! It would cost me 11 bucks in gas and even more time looking for it in storage. So I ordered a copy from a marketplace seller. . . for 11 dollars total. !

I had not thought of her in a while. I only have her other one with Coryell. I think it's called "Together."
Adding it to my list of searches. I'll have to go find that one at some point.

I complained over a year ago that my collection was becoming a tad less than perfectly manageable after our move.
At the time I posted that, I had maybe fifty DVD or Bluray concert music discs. Now I have over two hundred. I know that is quite shy of many marks, but I am still working toward a plan.

Now I have have gathered four new mass acquisitions and manageability is still in question.

Getting better at a snail's pace, though.

Thanks for the reminder!

And where it is is in a very good place. I love this woman's work. Her lyrics especially impress me. But her singing is also great--especially her multi-tracked harmony singing.

Lucy is home til Tuesday but napping right now so I'm spinning this one again, at low volume.

Billy was such a great writer and piano player. This material from 1964 and 1965 is wonderful to have--there's not enough Strayhorn out in the world to enjoy.

400 hours or so on the new DAC now. I'm so tempted to put in the M-1 fuse. . .but I am advised to wait another 100 hours. We'll see. Sound is definitely improved from the Mk 1 with the mods I have.
