The acoustic side special edition hi res dvd in this set (Elliot Scheiner stuff) [smiley=cool.gif] . Maybe we're not one of them thar 'audiophiles', but us old folks can rock in this fn house. And apparently, so can the coyotes in the woods from a few miles away. They were singing their hairy asses off to it. I have one of those organ donor stamps on my license. I just hope whoever needs anything, they choose my eardrums and associated parts lol. The only things worth a shit anymore. Even after having been around and working on fighter aircraft and later in life firearms/quarterly re-evals, my ears still work like brand spanking new. Tests prove very unusual at my age. Can even hear my wife whisper 'you ass' from the other end of the house. (kidding) I can't hear her say that... Lucky in lots of ways. Take care all. Try to have fun.

I love those Santana titles. Well. . . "Welcome" I struggle with, even though I love the players involved, I just don't connect with it. I'll keep trying.

Re-playing this very good sounding disc, in part because I like Spalding's involvement and in part because Harrell's trumpet sound always reminds me of that of my best friend in Texas, Dave Laczko, a fine trumpeter and human being.

@Lon, the "Cool" by Joyce was a good listen - thanks for sharing it. She's got an interesting voice and style, and it's memorable.

Tidal FINALLY added Spyro Gyra's newest, Vinyl Tap. I've always thought people don't take Jay and the band as seriously as they could. Live they are stellar (totally recommend if you get the chance) and they defined a whole genre.
