Reply #20501 - 06/28/21 at 21:02:59 Arrived in the mail, the expanded 50th Anniversary Edition of this Grateful Dead classic: I've held off listening to this one for some time knowing an anniversary edition was imminent. Disc 1, the original album, sure sounds wonderful. I totally dig the Plangent Process and what it does.

One of the first albums I’ve streamed through my Raspberry Pi feeding the USB input on my DAC. Definitely way more dynamic than my TOSLINK input when feeding my Google CCA.

While listening to my favorite live radio station “The Penthouse” through Roon, a song from Matt Dusk came on. I went to his discography and decided to play the following two albums. They are both really good. If you are into crooners, and like Michael Buble’…then you will really like these two albums. Quite honestly…I think Matt’s voice is a bit more powerful, and has a higher range.
