RCA 57-22 vacuum tube? (Read 2772 times)

SonicSeeker Seasoned Member Listening to the music not the equipment Posts: 443	RCA 57-22 vacuum tube? 09/30/23 at 13:56:09 I have a coke bottle shaped 57-22 by RCA and can't remember what this is? It has been in my drawer of tubes for 30 plus years so I don't recall. Anyone know what this is equivalent too?

Hi Sonicseeker. I recall that it may be a voltage regulation tube, similar to an OB2. I could be wrong. My old mind doesn’t work like it used to. I have a couple from an old reel to reel and I think that’s what they were.
How do you like your Manley Chinook? I used a number of Manley products in my recording studio days. They were very nice. I’ve never heard their hifi products.

Cambridge CXN100, DSR3 Interconnects, SEWE 300b, ZSTYX SC, Lii F15 & W15 in open baffle.
