In the last few days I've worked up quite an appetite for getting me a Zen Triode. I live in the Netherlands though and stumbled upon a reviewer who mentioned hundreds of dollars in shipping costs. Can anyone confirm this or give me an 'exact' number? And what about VAT?

Here I heard the reviewer mentioning shipping costs between six and seven hundred dollars(!!!)... That really would take the fun out of ordering one. Can anyone confirm these kind of figures? I've posted my question through the contact form yesterday, but never received a confirmation, hence my post on this forum.
