ZP3 Dead After Tubes Flashing
03/01/23 at 18:07:12

As the title says my ZP3 shows no signs of power after I noticed some heavy flickering from the voltage regulator and rectifier a couple days ago. I immediately turned it off once I noticed. I tried replacing the both tubes with known working tubes. I even replaced all the other tubes as well just to sure. I verified the power cord and outlet are working. There is no glow from any of the tubes.
I would appreciate any advice.
If I do need to send it in, does anybody know if their service wait times are as crazily long as a new order?
Thanks
Sean

Have you checked the fuse located in the IEC at the rear? Likely have a blown fuse

Check the fuse?  It may be inside the receptacle for the power plug as it is on their other equipment.

It was the fuse. I never knew where it was located.
Thank you both for responding so quickly.
Forgive my ignorance again, what size fuse is it so I can have some on hand?

First check the IEC compartment for spare. Then look at the bottom of the ZP3 or download the owners manual.

Sean,

Should be a 3 amp fuse. Value should also be on the sticker on the bottom.

You don’t happen to live in Butler, PA, do you? Screen name rings a bell, I think I bought my Mofi table from you.

Also, even though kind of hard to read, it is embossed on the fuse cap.
