Not that big of a fan of singing. Most of my favorites are dead or fading.

Curiousity, I played the first, thinking I would be done by the one minute time marker, but I played it through.
Then, Ave Maria.

Then I played both again for my daughter who is also a singer. She has a respect for massive pipes and also has her own favorites.
We both enjoyed this.

This is truly an amazing vocalist. Thank you for sharing.
I hope others give this a listen.

Just took a listen to All By Myself. Yeah, the guy can sing on key but he completely removed all the soul and angst of the original. I did not like that at all. His voice is very thin and fragile and I think that song requires much more power and commitment.

Not sure what led me to pull this up on Youtube…..

My wife and I listened to Ave Maria and All By Myself. We are in complete agreement on two points. 1) Dimash has extraordinary natural talent, and 2) Dimash is the perfect example of narcissism. He totally destroyed both of these beautiful songs by making them all about him. We found it to be coarse and vulgar. Hopefully he will mature, find some humility, and transform into a truly great artist.

For what it’s worth, that’s our take on Dimash.
