white/blue leads from Edcor go nowhere? (Read 1391 times)

white/blue leads from Edcor go nowhere?

Looking at the board, the connection points for the white/blue leads do not appear connected to anything. Holding the board up to a light I see no traces from those points.

What is the point of connecting those wires?

No point other than connecting them there guarantees they will not touch anything and short out. You can just as well cut the end off of them, put a piece of shrink wrap on them, and tie them up for future possible use in converting from triode mode to ultralinear.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'll wrap them and then tuck them under the transformers just in case a need for them arises.
