GR X-SLS build (Read 3172 times)

EdwardT Seasoned Member Posts: 365	Re: GR X-SLS build Reply #4 - 10/18/21 at 14:19:27 Then it was so humid I had to delay finishing as the tung oil wouldn’t harden. When it finally dried the finish wasn’t great so I used three coats wipe on satin poly to even things up.

They really do sound good, Danny Richie has a fine ear for tuning crossovers for the most pleasing result. Not so efficient, though, so I have a few upgrades to make in my signal chain as little Rachael isn’t up to pushing 87dB speakers into the loud zone. I'll just have to be patient while my current order works it’s way to the bench.
