Left 651P tube gets extremely hot, voltage is off

So close yet so far. I have the ZKIT loaded up and wired in. With speakers hooked up and volume down to zero, voltage at check point A is ~240V DC, about 100V below where it’s supposed to be. With no speakers hooked up, its more like 440V - way too high. Either way, the left side 651P tube heats up something fierce and if power is left on too long, the area around the tube starts to smoke. Any ideas?

Aaaand after a lot of trouble shooting, it came down to the most fundamental part - a busted power transformer (or at least, a dead secondary tap). Yech.
