Is this a correct way to test bias on a Tori Jr?

I'm having difficulty figuring out how to bias my Tori Jr to 40mA. I've attached a picture of my meter; probes are in the correct input holes. Am I doing this correctly?

If you set the bias voltage (see owner's manual) to 0.825 VDC the tubes will be at 40mA.
To test the tubes individually you will need a bias meter. It is important that your entire quad of tubes match within 10%
