What about my pickle?!

They really do sound quite nice, mark58. The Bill Evans~ How My Heart... is breathtaking through my modest system. As far as being better than the single LP Music Matters reissues, maybe but not by enough for me to demand that I will only purchase 45 RPM in the future. I do think they are a bit better compared to MFSL pressings that I have.
Gotta agree that many reissues from the long- standing labels are great and at a fair pricepoint usually but there always seems to be a crummy pressing or poor mastering job sneeking in that has be crying that I'm only going to buy Japanese, Music Matters, AP, etc in the future. Great to have this problem, huh? Been having good luck with the Heavenly Sweetness label as of late, too.
I am going to try and grab a few of the Music Matters 180g 33RPM reissues- the Blue Train is great. It's like Cutris Fuller is right there, standing in my basement. 'Course the Bill Evan's 45 sounds awefully sweet.....
So, in short, I have no clue. I would have said the 45 rpm or Japanese pressings were the way to go but it looks like Music Matters and Analoque Productions are trying to give us more options.
