I've never been more sure about something of this nature. Been engaged a year and a week, and it's time. Just Lucy and I and a minister getting married down in front of Bass Lake, the lake a half mile from our home. And it's a beautiful sunny 60 degree day. . . such a rarity here in NE Ohio in February!

Thanks. Just home for a few minutes before traveling out to dinner. It was a beautiful event, we got married on a dock out onto the lake (which has ice covering most of it). After the minister left we sat on a bench and just enjoyed the moment a while. Within minutes an osprey came by and landed on the lake and ice fished a fish out, flew off but was startled by an eagle swooping in, dropped the fish and flew off. The eagle proceeded to stop on the ice fifty feet in front of us and eat the fish for a few minutes. Then walked about a minute and flew off. We've heard of this osprey/eagle situation, never saw one before, and having it transpire right in front of us just after we were married. . . well it was a great moment!
