DHM-108B Qts high?

What i hv understood till now about horn cabinets that the driver should hv low .qts like .3
The .qts of DHM-108B is .618.
So i will like to hv view of other expers here.

 The .618 QTS of the DHM 108 works well in the WO because the driver only sees the box as a 4th order box, which it is, it just uses an expanding wave guide to get more out of it.

Thanks. Then is the bandpass with horn works on the same prniciple in public address
like earthquake from Cerwin vega?

No It does not....the CV Earthquake is not a bandpass cabinet....
