Headphone jack not working

Isn't it as simple as plugging the HPs into the HP jack?   I have music coming from the speakers.  HPs are quiet.

FYI - Music coming from the speakers while headphones are plugged in is normal for the Rachael amp.

From Steve when I asked him a while back:

"Yes, it is normal. If you don't want the speakers to play, we recommend using banana jacks for your speaker cable to amp connection and then lifting one from each channel when you use the phones."

I have no idea why there is no sound from the headphones though . . .

Think I figured it out.  Didn't disconnect the speaker cables.  So the audio signal evidently took the path of least resistance to the speakers since I was using 300 ohm Sennheisers HD600s for the test.
