SE84 Monoblocks in 2008

Am I correct in that the 2008 version of the SE84 Mono's did not have UFO transformers or the CCE mod?

If I purchased a used pair, would sending them in for those upgrades in addition to Level 1 & 2 Anniversary parts (basically turning the 2008 version into a 2025 SE84UFO3) make for extensive mods that would probably be cost-prohibitive?

Why do I get the feeling as I type this that I'm answering my own question.....

A question I would have the seller confirm I guess. Nice looking pair as I'm a fan of the white tops.
