Apologies for contacting you through this post.  I’m on the first page of the wait list and have been trying to contact the team for the past few weeks.  I’ve had 3 emails bounce back.  Sarah sent me an email last week enquiring about woods choices and even my reply to this email bounced back.  These were all on my hotmail account.

Last week I sent a query on your contact page with my other email account as the reference and I’ve also not heard back.  Just wondering if there is an issue with your servers and hoping to touch base.

I’d call but I’m in Australia and it’s 8:30pm here and 5:30am there…. Our times don’t match up well.

Sarah has emailed me twice now and I feel terribly rude not being able to reply.  Please apologies to her for me.

We have two email servers; decware.com and zenamps.com  However after nearly 30 years it has become a job to keep these domains off over aggressive spam filters.  To solve this issue I have added a third party email server (proton mail), that like our other ones is completely private and encrypted.  So far I am having good success with it, so my email address is now:
