Hi Steve and Sarah

Apologies for contacting you through this post.  I’m on the first page of the wait list and have been trying to contact the team for the past few weeks.  I’ve had 3 emails bounce back.  Sarah sent me an email last week enquiring about woods choices and even my reply to this email bounced back.  These were all on my hotmail account.

Last week I sent a query on your contact page with my other email account as the reference and I’ve also not heard back.  Just wondering if there is an issue with your servers and hoping to touch base.

I’d call but I’m in Australia and it’s 8:30pm here and 5:30am there…. Our times don’t match up well.

Phong, have you tried checking to see if your email is blacklisted? Or maybe their system is having trouble with @hotmail addresses – have you considered creating a temporary Gmail address just to contact them?
