So I just got a box in and hooked it up to the SPDIF of my Ares II. It’s just so interesting! Absolutely cleaned up a lot of grain and noise which I like, but also makes the volume/loudness/forwardness recede which I’m not a huge fan of…..

I will have to do a lot of listening to decide if I like it in my setup or not…. But one thing is for sure, this will definitely clean up noise and change the way things sound…. Not snake oil for sure!
