It appears to be network/server related with changes in user login, stored playlist and albums being screwed up. Awaiting more information on the issue(s) and timeframe for resolution. The system administrator is aware of the issues. HK

Technical incident on Qobuz on 24/02

A temporary incident has enabled some users to briefly access certain information on another account (username, playlists, favorites).

No passwords, payment methods or connection identifiers were exposed.

The incident has been resolved.

If you notice an anomaly, disconnect and reconnect.

Also, do you recommend holding off on logging in or making changes to playlists until they confirm it’s fixed, to avoid losing anything?
