New Phone Sign In Problems

Steve,

Just upgraded my mobile phone and switched my carrier. Unable to sign into the forum, including attempts per changing my password (not using the first two and last two images as required). Any possibility you can correct on your Administrator end?

All is good on my desktop sign in.
