Tube trouble

I have had my new UFO2 4 months now and it is fabulous! End of Nov put the CSP3 on order…..Having my first tube issue though and this my first tube experience. Turned on the AMP this am and got a bright flash from the rectifier, and though it got hot failed to light up. Swapped it with another and powered up. All light up but no play, the meters register no voltage? What is my next step please?

One is a 5 amp fuse that has probably blown. . . .
