Single-Ended, Ultra Linear, bridged in series?

When bridging Single-Ended amplifiers in series, Decware does this in triode mode.
Can this series bridging be done if a Single-Ended amplifier is built on the Ultra Linear pattern?

I have two se84 clones built up with the Edcor 8K OPT, with UL linear taps wired on a switch. They are bridged, and work fine when wired UL. I dont have a conclusion if UL sounds better or not, definitely play a little louder.
