SE84UFO3 / Mono amps / multiple inputs

Hi everyone,
Small question regarding the paired mono amps. I have two inputs (phono,cd) and I'm curious how this would work with the paired amps given I'd like to avoid a pre-amp. The description states that there's a gold and silver RCA input and only one is needed. Does this mean that I would be able to use one for the each source? Or does the SE84UFO3 require a preamp in this case?

You could configure with two inputs if possible, or obtain switchbox. I think that a preamp would increase the versatility of your setup. Either a CSP3 or a ZROCK between the amps would be good.
