Meters Are Not InSync Upon Warmup

When the amp is first turned on, the power tube meters are not warming up the same. One lags behind the other when one is at full power the other one is about at half and then catches up to match the same reading. I changed tubes and moved them around but the one channel meter still acts this way. Is this a concern?

Probably a meter issue. But as long as it settles in and reads the tube properly. It would be off putting to me as well.
