My idea (though I'm not a Decfest attender) is that spring is not guaranteed to be any better health safety-wise. . . . And may be worse.

chinese communist party bio attack survival rates, per the CDC:

Age 0-19: 99.997%
Age 20-49: 99.98%
Age 50-69: 99.5%

no reason not to move forward, but its always steve's call.
