Tori Jr, Silver Source Selectir & Subs
03/03/20 at 03:08:42

If I have the Tori Jr, and the Sulver Source Seiector as basically a passive Pre, are there outputs for a powered Sub or is there any way to hook up a powered sub? The integrated 6 watt amp comes with variable out option but I believe that’s unique to that amp... anyone?

Looks like the silver source selector has 2 outputs - so that would be one option. If you are getting the selector box, you probably don’t need the 2 inputs at the Torii. Talk to Steve. They can replace one of the inputs with a line output and get rid of the input switch. That would be a second option. My Torii is configured this way.

I’m not sure if this helps, but I have a powered sub that also accepts speaker level inputs. So I have my speakers connected to the Torii Jr. with spades and then use banana plugs on top that go to the sub.  Just make sure they are not line level inputs.
