Replacing caps in a SE84C+, rookie style...

Dear Gents,

Im about to replace the caps in my amp, is it necessary to change all four, or only the two caps in the Pre amp tube section?

And, sombody that knows the valye of theese caps marked: F104K 400MEB1?
