While not a binder system, I have tried a product called 'jewel sleeves' which are purpose designed plastic sleeves for discs and the associated booklet and label.  I liked them and considered buying one of their road-style cases (seem to be unavailable now) but I never got that far.  My plan these days is to eventually send the rest of my cd's to a service for ripping and then downloading the flac files for streaming locally from my own server.  The service then stores the physical discs for me under my account so copyright-wise it is all hunky dory.
