AM/FM vs streaming
04/08/16 at 20:44:17

Is the AM/FM tuner dead?  I still listen to mine.  I've never tried to compare the sound against digital streaming.  It would seem AM/FM radio is on its way out.

I've heard that some ISPs are going to impose a fine/fee for anyone streaming above a certain amount of time.  It seems some people out there spend every waking hour on Netflix or whatever.  I guess sooner or later they are going to get you.

Where is it going?

I love listening to my Magnum Dynalab 100t tube tuner. Have a couple great commercial free stations that also run some fantastic national programs like Nick Spitzer's American Routes etc.

analag all the way

Because of where I live and the choice of stations to listen to I have never had a tuner in my system.
If I lived in a large city I would definitely use one.
