Driver selection for HWK15 single driver, low resp

I just build a Tuba HT from Bill Fitzmaurice for a buddy, and damn that thing moves air. It really brought out the downtuned (F standard) bass guitar in some of my favorite tunes. Unfortunately I can't really fit a Tuba HT in my living room, but the dimensions of the HWK15 seem do-able as a TV stand or coffee table base. My living room isn't huge, and I live in an apartment, so I am looking for the sub to dig really deep, I don't need maximum output (although I run BFM TLAH line array mains, which can get ludicrously loud).

Does the HWK15 sound like it would be good for this application? I can get pretty damn loud and have never had any complaints, but I'm looking for solid output down to or even under 20hz. What drivers would be good for this? I don't plan on running a ton of power, probably starting with a 120w plate amp cannibalized from my current sub. Right now I'm looking at the Dayton ST385-8 Series II and it looks like it meets the criteria.

Does anyone have response plots for single driver in the low-frequency configuration?
