FRX2 repair... (Read 6382 times)

FRX2 repair...

I have a damaged FRX2 in my Zen open baffle speakers.

The 'foam' edging has a small hole in it. It does not appear to be actual foam though more like a fabric of some sort. Is there any repair or
is a re-edging required? It's a very small hole and does not affect the sound that I can tell. My fear is that any repair would affect the sound more than just leaving the hole.

Sorry it took so long to find it! You are of course right, fixing the hole runs the risk of causing a problem whereas leaving the hole is pretty much harmless, especially in an open baffle where there is never excessive air pressure behind it.
