Could not find what I was looking for. I wanted something about 1/2" in diameter and with grip. Valve stem caps fit the bill. Just needed a sleeve to fit perfectly and a set screw. They do sell these in different colors and shapes. Just a FYI if you are looking for knobs that are small. These work perfectly.  8-)
