Is a Jupiter Beeswax HT a big improvement?

Does anyone know what cap came with a special white SE84+ CKC made in Oct. 2009. How would the sound change using a Jupiter Beeswax HT.

Also, do large 2 watt carbon composition plate resistors make a big difference.

PK I have 4  zen se84 amps and I can tell you they all sound great . What I will say is that the  superzen ,AKA CKC mod is the most refined of them all. again I listen in a small room,9x13. with very efficient speakers . best 2 watts ive heard

I own the Super Zen and did prior to that own its immediate predecessor, the C+. The current ZEN incarnation is more detailed and involving than the C+. That said, the C+ sounded very good.

I apologize for not answering your question correctly. the caps he (Steve) used for the se84C+ was the Wima  cap , same cap in most amps built back then ,and now standard coupling cap is the Jupiter. ,or if you wish to pay extra money the Vcap.
