nOOb information needed

Just bought plans for 10" DBmk11, understand how to build, but how does it work? How does the internal section work, it looks like it is able to slide inside the outer casing. Next, in my car I have an opening when the center section of the back seat is folded down, could I place 2 boxes in boot with port opening going thru to cabin? Have to get rid of my fairly new 12" subs and look for new 10" ones any recommendations?

Yogles,

The moving baffle is to tune the sub to your car/driver combination. Once tuned to your liking, screw it on place and your ready to go.

Yes, placing two subs firing through the arm rest hole is perfect.

I'd use the Dayton 295-110 10" subs, tuned 1-1/2" from the bottom.

I forgot to look at this for a while, is that from the bottom of the box or top of opening? Undecided

That may be for you to determine.

Every application is a little different. That is why this design is so "genius."  You can start enjoying it immediately, then after some listening tests, set it the way it sounds best in your particular application.

Once you have the sound you want, screw the sliding internal structure in place and ENJOY!
