So I bought a CSP2+ from top notch forum member 'setamp' to use as a headphone amp.  While getting familiar with the amp I decided to put it in a tape loop to/from my existing SS preamp.  The next day, with a music DVD on while I prepared to smoke some meat for supper the wife remarked, "Honey, did you do something with the stereo because it sure sounds good" .  

Of course this was about a week after I received a veritable flogging for buying yet another AV component... .
