What type and value of resistor? (Read 2934 times)

What type and value of resistor?

Thought I'd throw a question out to the technical wizards!  I'm trying to verify the type and value of resistor shown in the attached picture.  I believe its a 5 watt resistor, but not sure of the ohm value and what the 1J means

0.1 ohm
5% tolerance  (J)
