I'm still hoping for help on this...

I tried to upload an 128KB JPG image, but it wouldn't go.

The PCB has spots for a .1uF cap on each channel, which weren't in the parts inventory therefore not in the circuit..  I'm looking for conformation this is where the CCE (Hazen Grid) Mod goes and that are no other mods to the PCB needed.

Unfortunately, the foil trace images in the instruction manual don't match the PCB I have which tells me there are several versions of the PCB.

What are the proper values for the capacitance and voltages.

The PCB is Rev 9-2010

Any help would be surely appreciated.
