Paid my twenty and got nothing for it! How do I get in touch with someone who can help? I have tried all the phone #s left messeges and emails for the last two days. I am beginning to feel cheated! Angry

This happens from time to time I'm sure....Decware has been without a phone for a few days where we couldn't get in touch with them either. East Peoria must have one of the worst pho9ne systems in the US and this time it has nothing to do with Snow/ice or the like.
