i finished the kit but it doesnt work. i have been over it a few times i am probably blind to what i did wrong. i cant figure it out. what is the blue wire from the transformer for.

im at a loss

i measured the voltage B+ at the capitor there and it is zero.

for two caps do you use only one resistor?

the B+ filter should start with a resister at the yellow wire w/black stripe, that goes to the first filter cap, then another resister to the second filter cap. Your B+ comes off this last leg.
