Pictures of HDT builds?

I'm in the preliminary steps of building a set of HDTs with the new drives and alternative tuning. As I'm digesting the pdf's (which even includes the cutting list and layout - now thats class!) I was curious if folks have handy any pictorial records of building these speakers. I recall seeing some pictures in the past, but can't seem to find them now. I'm not sure if these posts were lost in the new site redesign or what, but if folks have any links handy, I'd appreciate them.

Special bonus points to pictures of constructing these with the alternative tuning modifications.

The best set of pictures I found was here http://www.uffculme.devon.sch.uk/science/Deco/index.htm
but it doesn't seem to exist any more. There were around 40 pictures all up. Sorry to be a tease.

Otherwise all I can offer you are these.

I've seen your work and I'm sure you'll do an awesome job. Make sure you post your own pictures so others can benefit.

Thanks Simon! Much appreciated for the encouragement and pictures

I'm back from vacation and plan on starting a set of HDTs as early as next week. I'll take some pictures along the way to help others who may someday follow the process.

The Decware plans look quite detailed. I've never had the chance of following directions before, so we'll see if this makes it easier or harder for me to build

I got side-tracked on another project of mine [1], but just received a the alt tuning package from Zigy (thanks!) and hope to start on these later this week.

She's a nice sailboat, but i must admit however... i sure do like the sound of the 1948 martin 60 outboard that I brought back to life. It's not speakers, but it does produce a different sort of music to my ears Wink

Looks like Steve's package including the rest of the HDT parts has now arrived as well, so looks like i've got everything I need (except time) to get started.

The building I'm afraid got stalled... life, universe and everything seemed to have conspired to only give me fractions of weekends to work on this.

The good news is I hope to have a pair of radials to compare the HDTs to, so that should be interesting

I'm slowing making progress however and taking pictures along the way... now if only I could find the darn adapter to get the pictures to the computer!
