If you sent and email to Decware, they will get it and get back to you asap.  It takes awhile for them to filter through all the spam and then respond to the real messages.  

I got worried when I lost my password and recieved no response, so I gave Decware a call and left a message.  I got my password 2 or 3 days in an email. (responding to my first email and the phone call)

It also helps if you can email them the type of payment you used, so if they need to they can look it up.  (i.e. Wells Fargo Credit Card)

Well, in that case I would give them a phone call, I only left a message and was responded to extremely quick.
