Hi

i know this may not bethe correct place for this question but i hope some one can help.

I have paid for my access to all plans etc on the decware site.
I have even downloaded some of the plans. This may have been about a year ago.
Since then I have lost the email containing my password.
I have tried emailing Steve using the webform on the site as well as sending mail to high@decware.com, but have received no response.

how do i go about getting my password again?

If you sent and email to Decware, they will get it and get back to you asap.  It takes awhile for them to filter through all the spam and then respond to the real messages.  

I got worried when I lost my password and recieved no response, so I gave Decware a call and left a message.  I got my password 2 or 3 days in an email. (responding to my first email and the phone call)

It also helps if you can email them the type of payment you used, so if they need to they can look it up.  (i.e. Wells Fargo Credit Card)

Thanks for the reply J_Rock but it has been about a week since i sent them the email ( this time).. I previously sent mail's on the site but this must be some months ago.

I will send the mail including the payment method and see what happens.

Well, in that case I would give them a phone call, I only left a message and was responded to extremely quick.
