have now purchased drivers for my Imperial project (Read 5215 times)

have now purchased drivers for my Imperial project

2 x Electro-voice EVX-180B
2 x JBL 2441 w/ titanium diaphragms

$750 CDN for all 4.  :)

Now the only problem is, I'm not going to have enough time to work on these cabinets until May, so I have to stare at these drivers sitting on the shelf until then.

What fun!  I love getting new speakers.  Between now and May you could listen to the woofers unmounted, sitting loose on a bookshelf or something.  That way they would be broken in by the time the Imperials are ready for them.

yea, get a sheet of mdf cut down the middle and you got 2 x o.b speakers! lean em up in the corner and enjoy. Cheesy
