1 in, 2 out Switch Recommendation

I'm in need of a 1 in (from the amp), 2 out (to speakers and headphones both with banana jacks) switch, made with good quality parts/wire so as to not degrade sound quality. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I know people who have Tube amps and solid state amps made by Jessie at PTA and they love them. I use PTA power and speaker cables in my system. They are excellent. Contact Jessie and tell him what you want I’m sure he can put something together for you.
