I have the following setup: One set of Klipsch Forte IV Speakers
I have just a regular Sony str an 1000 receiver as 5.1 setup with Forte IV, KLF C-7 center, two rear speakers.
I have the turntable --> phono preamp --> Decware ZMA --> Forte IV
I am using the Douk VU3 Pro to switch between the two amplifiers.
I am always careful to turn everything off before switching to the other amplifier.
But what if, at some point, somebody switches while the ZMA is still on? It is my understanding that is not good, most likely bad, and potentially a disaster. That's why I'm very careful.
So in the scenario that the ZMA is still on, playing from the turntable, and suddenly is disconnected from the speakers. Not good. Just bad. A disaster.
