This may be anathema to many on the Decware site, nevertheless this is my main stereo: A local "stereo-guru-built" six-way, active cross-over and "split" (tubes and FET) pre-amp (split at 800hz) Ranges are: 50 hz (and below), 50 to 250 to 800hz then 3500-and above with passive crossover at 10K. I use a Decware 341.6 to drive the 3500hz and above, an Analog Ethos (800-3500) and an old PSE stereo Studio IV doing (50-250), an old McIntosh 754 (250-800). An Old PSE Mono amp (200wpc) 50 cycles and below, summed R&L, driving a Hartley 24" driver mounted in fireplace doing the almost un-noticeable, ultra low "ambiance". I exclusively spin CDs using a Wadia 270 trans. and Wadia 27i for D/A converting. Powerful enough yet quite beautiful to hear. Picture is using two PSEs and before the Analog Ethos was acquired.
