Important Update to DECWARE Final Billing Policy

Hello All,

This message is for everyone who has an order on the waitlist.
Due to a growing number of unpaid completed orders, we've updated our billing policy to help reduce delays for all customers.

Effective immediately:At some point after your order reaches page 1 of the waitlist, you'll receive an invoice link via email to complete payment. Although there will still be a wait before your unit is built, this gives you time to prepare funds. The link remains active, and you can access it as often as needed.

Please note: We will NOT begin your build until full payment is received. While we may send a reminder as your build date nears, we advise monitoring the waitlist closely.

Also, please double-check your shipping address on the invoice. If updates are needed, contact us right away.


If payment isn't made by the time your build slot arrives, and we can't secure it in a timely manner, your order may be canceled. Deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of non-payment.

Can you  also offer an option to request an invoice and pay in advance once you hit page 2? This might help with solid orders making it to page 1 while still giving others time to prepare. Smiley

You can always email sarah@zenamps.com and let her know you want to pay your invoice, and she will send you the link at any time. Keep in mind, paying early does NOT jump you in front of anyone, but will ensure when it is time for us to pull your parts and build, there will be no delay. Thanks!

If you are wanting to make any changes, it is best to reach out to the office at 309-822-5255 and speak with Sarah or Veronica. If you are on page 1 of the waitlist, you should do it sooner rather than later and wait to pay the invoice until your order is settled on what you want.
