Cerious Technologies Unresponsive - Is it Normal?
10/02/24 at 04:45:30

I purchased three pairs of Cerious Technologies Graphene Extreme V2.0 interconnects on August 18. To date, about six weeks later, I haven't heard a peep from CT. Not an order confirmation email, not a "your order is in the queue," not a quick phone call saying that my patience will be rewarded. Nothing at all.

I haven't been sitting on my hands. Every two weeks or so I send an email or a voicemail, to no effect.

Not getting new interconnects the moment I want them is hardly an emergency, but I'm starting to get a little concerned, to the point where I'm wondering if I should file a PayPal dispute and try the used market once I'm refunded. I'd probably save money that way! But I'd rather just have the products I ordered.

Does anyone here have any insight into CT's typical build and shipping times? I would actually be totally ok with the wait if I just had some confirmation that they got my order and it'll take at least 8 weeks to ship or whatever it is.

If anyone knows anything, please fill me in. Thank you!

Bob makes great cables and is really a one man show.  A while back I heard he was dealing with health issues impacting his business.  Don’t know if those have re-surfaced or what is going on?  Hope he is ok.

OK. That makes some sense. I certainly hope he's doing well health-wise.

Fyi-  He could just be very busy and not always timely in his responses.  Good read here:

Thank you for posting that. I actually read that yesterday before posting here. I didn’t want to put Bob on blast by posting in a larger forum like Audiogon. I thought the Decware forum would be safe enough to feel it out without actually causing any sort of fuss.
