back2Vinyl - What was the cause of your ZP3 issue? Did you talk to anyone at Decware? I'm curious, I've never had an issue with our ZP3. Please keep us posted.

Good questions hdrider!
I activated my notifications on this post so I can keep up with it...

Back2Vinyl (great handle)- More info is definitely needed. At least a little history... how old is your ZP3? What tubes where you using? Have you performed this function before successfully? Are the tube pins still straight? Was there a fancy light show or was any magic smoke released? Just a few to things started... just a little more info can go a long way to troubleshoot issues long distance to avoid having to ship the unit back.

I love a good mystery!
It's like a good episode of Poirot!
